SUP TOURS & YOGA
Our friends at GuateSUP Atitlan run a wide range of fun paddleboard activities. Whether you want to do some floating yoga or go on adventure, they do it all!
PARAGLIDING TOUR
Have you ever seen the lake from above? Flight times range from 30-60 minutes and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Your guides will pick you up directly from the hostel and there’s the option to even rent a GoPro to document this experience.

Explore the many local artisanal markets on Santander Street as well as on the lake front. With endless, colourfully handmade crafts and gifts to choose from, wandering the streets viewing all that is to offer makes for a very enjoyable day! What can you find?
LOCAL FRESH FRUIT & VEGETABLE MARKETS
Come and walk through the many fresh fruit and vegetable stalls both locally sourced and imported. Experience the culture through food here in Panajachel. You may even find some surprises along the way such as baby chickens!
NATURE RESERVE & ZIPLINING
A must-see & do in Panajachel! Only 20 minutes out of Pana (walk or catch a tuk-tuk), the Nature Reserve is home to hundreds of butterflies, as well as wild spider monkeys, coatis & beautiful birds. The ziplining allows you a birds-eye view of the jungle below you as you fly across the tree tops taking in the stunning views of Lake Atitlán.
HIKING & WATERFALLS
There are many hikes to do around Panajachel and Lake Atitlán allowing you to immerse in the beauty this lake holds. With natural waterfalls cascading down the mountains/volcanoes, tropical birds flying around and breathtaking views of the lake, strap on your shoes, bring your phone/camera and experience what the lake has to offer – from all angles!

Explore towns like San Juan, San Pedro, and Santiago Atitlán. Tours run with a minimum of 2 people and can be scheduled to leave any day of the week from 9am.

LANCHAS
Want to explore the rest of Lake Atitlán? You can catch a lancha (a public passenger boat) to any of the other towns on the lake for a day. From Panajachel to Santa Cruz, San Pedro, San Marcos, and most other towns it’ll cost Q25 per person (one way).
We can also organize private boats for you! The prices vary depending on the size of your group and the destination. Discuss at reception or send us a message and we will help you organize anything you need!
